Does Tools-Extract-Flat Pattern work? I'm trying to use it; I have a spline-cylindrical solid (a planar spline shape extruded; it's a streamline tube). The solid checks with no problems. I can get the extract routine to work-- sort of-- but I get two flat patterns, neither of which are correct. They look "about" right, but the distance between the two parallel edges doesn't agree with the length of the spline created by intersecting a plane with the surface.
